I haven’t received this great of customer service and care in so long. the owner, Greg, came out to our house to discuss the project and explain the scope of work (we had several projects to tackle from an historic roof to a moss covered outbuilding to a slimy sidewalk). Greg was quick to get me an estimate and schedule. His team member, John, did the cleaning. John was personable, experienced and thorough. Afterwards Greg followed up to make sure we were satisfied which we are. I have nothing but positive things to say about Renorr and wish other companies had their customer service.

Your team stained our deck yesterday. They did a thorough and fantastic job. My husband and I are very happy with the result. The men were professional in their approach & left our yard tidy and without any mess whatsoever.

Greg showed a keen interest and ability in our problems. He was instantly familiar with the EIFS building material on our house. He, without the promise of a contract and at no extra charge, carefully researched everything about this stucco-equivalent, down to contacting the manufacturer in Germany and faxing their cleaning recommendations to me. He was always enthusiastic and professional. He completed the job promptly and efficiently and most importantly with perfect results. No mildew, no damage to the stucco (EIFS) and careful attention to all corners, edges, trim etc. He finished off the deck with similar expertise. The finished product is gorgeous.
